Challenge
The acquisition included only the Canadian operations, not the competitor’s domain, which restricted our ability to implement redirects, resulting in initial traffic and revenue loss.
Our Role
We led the post-merger integration (PMI) for digital marketing, focusing on website consolidation, local SEO, and maintaining citations.
Solution
Despite these limitations, we developed creative strategies that allowed us to regain the lost traffic within 6 months.
